FAQ
Questions, answered.
What care teams, procurement and clinical IT usually ask before a first conversation.
The platform
What is SuperDoc?
SuperDoc is a conversational AI avatar for patient interaction, one product on the Docs4D platform alongside the clinical workspace and monitoring. The platform connects the patient app, the care-team workspace and the workflow engine around one traceable patient record.
Who is the Docs4D platform for?
Hospital groups, clinics and care teams that need one traceable view of the patient between visits. It is designed for clinical users, not a replacement for the EHR.
Does the Docs4D platform replace doctors or clinical staff?
No. The Docs4D platform supports clinical judgement. AI highlights signals, context and suggested next actions; the care team decides, documents and remains accountable.
Clinical workflows
How does the Docs4D platform fit our existing workflows?
The Docs4D platform is designed around clinical pathways, not a rip-and-replace. We map your current workflow, identify the highest-friction handoffs and start with one measurable care pathway.
What does implementation look like?
We begin with a 30-minute discovery call, then a focused workflow review. A first pathway can be configured without a large IT project; integrations are scoped separately.
Can we start with one department on the Docs4D platform?
Yes. A focused evaluation in one pathway is usually the right first step. The Docs4D platform is designed to expand from a single care moment without re-platforming.
Integration and data
How is patient data handled?
Data protection is designed into the Docs4D platform: role-based access, audit trails and EU-based infrastructure. A data processing agreement is available for evaluation.
Which systems can the Docs4D platform connect to?
Integration is scoped around the care pathway: EHR/EMR, laboratories, devices, wearables, identity and messaging. The exact interface depends on your environment.
Do you use patient data to train AI?
That depends on the product and the agreement in place. The product-specific data processing agreement and security documentation define what processing is permitted — please review them with our team.
Regulatory status
Is the Docs4D platform a medical device?
Regulatory status depends on the product and intended use. Current status is shown in the Trust Center and should be reviewed with our regulatory team before any procurement decision.
What does MDR Class IIb clinical evaluation mean?
It describes the regulatory pathway currently in progress for the Docs4D platform. It is not a claim that the product is CE-marked or generally available. The Trust Center carries the approved status.
