Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the SuperDoc platform provided by Docs4D GmbH. By accessing or using SuperDoc, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
SuperDoc provides AI-powered healthcare tools including patient engagement avatars, clinical workflow support, remote monitoring, and decision-support systems. Services are provided "as-is" for healthcare organizations with valid subscriptions.
3. User Obligations
Users must ensure accurate account information, maintain credential security, comply with applicable healthcare regulations, and use the platform only for its intended medical purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All SuperDoc software, documentation, and content are the intellectual property of Docs4D GmbH. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the subscription term.
5. Liability
SuperDoc is a clinical support tool and does not replace professional medical judgment. Docs4D GmbH is not liable for clinical decisions made based on platform outputs. Liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, user data export is available for 90 days. Docs4D reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
